Intuitive Edge Creative was founded by Cera Byer, founder of Intuitive Edge Coaching.
After 8 years of operating a small business, and coaching hundreds of small business owners through the first stages of outsourcing and hiring, Cera knows first hand how stressful, overwhelming, and scary it can be to hire a stranger and trust them to deliver — especially when you don’t have a ton of money available to invest in the first place.
From fear of hiring the wrong person, to a lack of clarity on what to delegate or how to do it, difficulty giving clear instructions or feedback out of worry for hurting someones feelings, discomfort in letting team members go…delegating in small business can be hard!
