Hi, I’m Cera Byer. I’m the founder of Intuitive Edge Coaching, LLC, and Intuitive Edge Creative, LLC (we call it IEC2).

I’m an artist, a prolific creator, and a mom to two adorable cats (Rosencrantz & Gildenstern).
I’ve been self-employed in the arts my entire adult life, and I’ve spent the past 8 years helping artists, creatives, and healers build thriving, successful businesses.

Intuitive Edge Creative is an evolution of that endeavor.
In addition to helping creative entrepreneurs, we also hire creatives and pay them well for their work.
IEC2 is like a creative matchmaking service, allowing us to bring talented people together so that they can collaborate for success.

At some point in every business owners journey, there’s the day we can no longer do it all on our own, and we have to hire help.


Whether it’s to build a website, take over admin duties, or design our branding, there are simply things we can’t (and shouldn’t) do alone.

I definitely struggled at the beginning with fear of hiring the wrong person, losing money, and not knowing how to express what kind of support I needed.

I’ve hired some great people — and some not so great people. I realized that in the online business world, trust and reliability are invaluable.

Over the years I built an incredible referral network, and people often asked me if I knew any designers, assistants, bookkeepers, lawyers, etc. who could help them in their small businesses.

Creating an agency of trustworthy professionals to support my clients and other entrepreneurs felt like the next logical step as I move forward on my mission to help artists, creatives, and healers to big money and big impact using their gifts, skills and talents — without burning out or trying to do it all themselves.
